Multiconstruction Architectural Work Flow

·         Primary Meetings With The Clients
Our architects provide a detailed meeting with the client as an initial sitting for the project. For renovation or construction, at Multiconstruction we consider the client’s desires as our Holy Grail. We arrange detailed discussions with our clients and try to explore and pen down different ideas from our client’s mind on to the paper. Sessions of question answers are carried out to clear away any miscommunication as it helps our customers to determine the scope and expansion of their project. This also allows the client to be aware of the various services which can be involved in performing the project.

·         Basic Designing
After our initial sitting with the client is concluded successfully, our team moves on to the next phase and develop a basic or preliminary design of the project by taking the needs and desires of the client into account. Normally, our architects provide a floor plan and site plan for the client to develop a basic and actual idea of how the project is going to begin. This allows clients to assess their suggestions and make any changes. Our teams assist them in determining their modifications and once the client approves those modifications, our team proceeds.

·         Drawing Submission
After the client sees the basic designs and approves any modifications, our architects get to the drawing boards and develop a professional drawing with all the details provided and required by the client. This is where the project starts to take shape. The maps or drawings of the building consist of the plumbing details, electrical mapping, structural details, windows, and doors details, finishing details, masonry descriptions, building sections, exterior elevations and in-depth dimensional plans about every corner and floor of the building.

·         Tender Assistance (Optional)
Our architectural team also provides bidding and tendering assistance to clients on their demands. We prepare the basic required details of the client as tender documents and allow other architectural firms to apply and bid for the project. Apart from architectural tendering, our firm can also provide services of the same cadre for building and renovation purposes. Our teams provide professional consultancy to the clients and help them make a decision that provides the best value to their investments.

·         Construction Assistance (The Last Phase)
Once a client is satisfied with the drawings and presentations given by the architectural teams, they pass on the project details to the construction teams who are always to perform round the clock on-site.
